Hello, and welcome! I’m Darren McNeill, and if you’re considering stepping into the world of property investing, I’d love to share my journey with you.
I know there are a lot of people out there offering to mentor you, but it can be hard to know who to trust—especially when you’re just starting out. I was in your shoes not too long ago, so I understand the doubts and concerns you might have.
I started my own property journey back in 2017. It’s been a very busy period since then, and now I own 23 rental units of my own and have flipped another 20. Back in 2019 I made the decision to start offering properties that I had seen that would make good BTL’s in my local area to people who were remote. Roll on to 2025 and we have secured in excess of 245 properties for my clients.
If you want to do further research on myself, it’s really easy. I actually started an online journal back in 2017 before I had bought my first property. When I started, I didn’t know a thing about property and had no idea how a BTL mortgage worked! We all have to start somewhere, and taking that 1st step is probably the hardest part. I believe in being completely transparent. I’m not here to spin a tale; I’m here to share my real experiences.
